This notice describes the HeyLynx marketing website at heylynx.ai. The early-access product may process additional data under the information provided during onboarding.

Early-access enquiries

The request-access flow opens your own email application with a draft addressed to jin@creaseed.ai. The website does not submit a signup form or send that email automatically. If you send it, we receive the email address and information you choose to include and use it to respond to your enquiry and discuss access. We do not add you to an unrelated mailing list.

Website analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate visits and referral sources, and Vercel Speed Insights to understand page performance. Vercel may process technical request information to provide these services. Page URLs sent through the website's analytics components have query strings and fragments removed.

If you allow optional analytics, PostHog also receives a limited set of website interaction events, such as opening the sample brief, choosing a plan of interest or opening an early-access email draft. We do not send the contents of emails or form text to analytics. Session recording and automatic interaction capture are disabled, and the website does not create identified PostHog person profiles. PostHog is hosted in its US region.

Your choices

Use Analytics preferences in the homepage footer to allow or decline analytics. Declining disables the website's analytics components going forward. Your choice is saved in browser local storage under lynx-analytics. We also honor supported Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control browser signals. Optional PostHog tracking does not start without your permission.

Hosting and service providers

The website is hosted by Vercel, with domain and DNS services from Cloudflare. These providers may process request and security logs in order to deliver and protect the website. Data handling by those services is also described in their privacy notices: Vercel, Cloudflare and PostHog.

The creator and report data shown on this website are fictional, illustrative examples. They do not describe an actual person's audience or commercial activity.
